These terms govern all server administration, cloud orchestration, and outsourcing support contracts provided by MyServerHelper.com.
MyServerHelper (led by Ritik Barnwal) offers professional server management, website migrations, cybersecurity auditing, and white-label customer support. By submitting an inquiry form, purchasing a subscription plan, or retaining us for consulting work, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The client is solely responsible for maintaining root-level access and paying cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean) for baseline resources. Furthermore:
While our administration team takes every caution, server environments are inherently volatile. MyServerHelper and Ritik Barnwal shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to server downtime, database corruption, loss of business revenue, or security breaches resulting from configuration recommendations or software bugs.
Monthly recurring support packages are billed in advance on a 30-day billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days written notice prior to your next renewal date. One-time fixes are billed upon completion or under a 50% upfront retainer as outlined in our service estimate. Due to the high-demand consulting nature of our administration tasks, refunds are not provided for work already performed.
